Its great that you are thinking about your pet. I love animals as well and would not do anything to harm them. others are not so caring. They are in business to make money and having lots of different products on their vans is in their view a waste of money. Gone are the days when you could trust people to do what was right. its now down to us to check that its done right.

Asking questions when you book and also asking to read labels on products is in my view is not a problem. From my side its sad when people just don't think about these issues. as I said its nice that you are.
